Gave me a pizza with no sauce with burnt pepperoni and cold burnt tater tots called and received poor customer service! Tried eating them and it was awful it tasted so burnt!!! A BURNT FROZEN PIZZA FROM AT HOME TASTES BETTER!!
After placing an online order, we picked up and said "thank you". An employee said "thank me by going somewhere else."
As a local and a regular, I will not go there again based on that terrible customer service.
We regularly place orders here and have (even this trip) tipped over 20% every time. I revoked my tipped after the comment. Terrible customer service. Hire better.
The experience that we had with this restaurant was not good. Placed our order online and didn't realize that we were overcharged for our order until I got the order to our apartment. I called the location and was told that they couldn't do anything about it because it was an online order. I was told to call the corporate office. I called and left a message and got called back the next day. The only way that it was dealt with was a $3 refund for overcharge. Really didn't solve anything.
Food is what you'd expect a dominoes to be. Pizza is alright but maybe I've just had dominoes too much. The five cheese marinara makes up for EVERYTHING so good. Service is eh, typical minimum wage, I don't wanna be here vibes. The Store just ain't that cozy tbh.
Don't know who's out delivering tonight but I want to let you know you are rock stars. I had ordered online and had put directions to deliver to the back of the apartment. Guy delivering tried to deliver to front. Hoping I didn't come off like an a-hole cause you are out delivering in this winter weather. Wanting to let you delivery drivers know you are very appreciated!!!
Fast, friendly service. We ordered curbside delivery, it was really easy to follow the instructions. The person who brought it out was fast, very polite and smiling. Nice to get that kind of customer service now a days.
It was a cold and snowy night so that typically means a busy night for pizza. I ordered online for carry out and when I was notified that my pizzas were ready i went to pick them up. I walked in and was greeted right away. For such a busy night everyone had positive attitudes. I got my pizzas and headed home. When I got home I checked my order and everything was correct and looking good. Thank you River Falls staff for a great experience.
Simply order from a different store if you want all of what you paid for. 3rd time I haven’t gotten everything. Unprofessional as it gets.
